Delivery Terms & Conditions

Free Delivery on all Online Orders over £95 (UK Mainland only)

Delivery is free for all order placed online over the value of £95, as long as they are being delivered to the UK mainland. Any orders under the value of £95 will incur a small carriage charge of £10.95.

Delivery outside the UK

We welcome any international orders and regularly send awards all around the world. When you enter your delivery address, you will be given a guide price for delivery to that specific country. This may be subject to change, depending on the size and weight of the particular consignment. We endeavour to keep International carriage charges as low as possible, and prices start from only £12.95.

If you would like an exact price before you order, please e-mail or call us with the details of your order and delivery address, and we will confirm the price and timescale of the delivery.

Delivery Timescale

Our standard delivery timescale is 5-6 days from the date of the order. Each product page will show the current delivery time for that item.

Every order for awards will have an artwork proof created for you to approve the layout and details of your engraving or colour printing. We cannot engrave or print your awards without you approving this first, so any delay in approving the proof may result in a delay for the delivery of your awards.

If we are waiting for a proof approval and feel that this may cause a delay, we will of course notify you that there is some time pressure.

Express Delivery

We do offer a range of products that are available on a 3 day express delivery service. These are all shown clearly in the Category for ‘Express Awards’.

We will send you an artwork proof for these awards, and would need that approved quickly to ensure the 3 day delivery schedule is met.

Delivery Method

All of our awards are shipped using one of the leading couriers (DPD, Interlink, DHL, UPS or Fedex). This is dependent on where in the UK or internationally they are being sent. As soon as the consignment has been sent, we will be happy to provide tracking details for you. Please contact us for the tracking information.
Delivery Packaging

The bulk of the products we supply are fragile, and so we will make every effort to ensure they arrive without any damage. With this goal in mind, we rather use too much packaging, than too little. We understand that your presentation may be imminent, so we’d rather go to these lengths to avoid any unnecessary breakages.
