The whole team at EC Awards really pulled together to deliver for me this week! I needed a very quick turnaround. Michael was so bespoke, flexible and supportive (as i tried to do this with an 8 hour time difference). The product arrived really quickly and looks great! I ordered last minute and was under pressure but I needn't have worried, EC Awards(especially Ben)were brilliant. I didnt place the order till 13th and they were delivered today 17th, and there was a weekend in between. The team at EC Awards were attentive and helpful from the first engagement. Incredibly patient during the design phase to ensure the finished product suited our requirements and aligned with the company branding. I'm delighted with the finished product. A special mention also about the efforts made to be eco-friendly. Not only is there an eco-friendly range but on receipt of the order it was wonderful to see how much attention had been paid to ensuring that every element of the packaging, down to the tape, was recyclable. Neil and Gemma were fantastic in ensuring our trophies were produced and delivered on time for our awards evening. Neil even suggested a cheaper alternative as he was unsure if it would be delivered in time. The alternative was of a very high quality and everyone was extremely impressed.
